If you place your Wistiki near your Smartphone and the "Ring" button stays inactive without showing any possibility of making the Wistiki ring, follow this procedure :
- Go to the "My Wistikis" page and press the round pictogram of the "mute" Wistiki to access its parameters
- Delete the Wistiki
- Press the + button in the top right corner of the page "My Wistikis", then proceed to do the regular adding procedure (see video "Downloading, registering and adding a Wistiki")
If the problem persists more than three times, it means your environment is disrupting your Smartphone's connection during the adding procedure. The solution is here.
